Revira Care is urgently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to provide community access and core support for a 16-year-old participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

We are looking for support workers who are based in or around South Adelaide, particularly those who can easily travel to Seaview Downs.

Shift Schedule

- Monday to Friday: School pick-up and support from approximately 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (some shifts may be extended until 8:00 PM)
- Saturdays & Public Holidays: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- School pick-up and safe transport (where required)
- Community access and social engagement
- Assistance with daily living and core supports
- Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant
- Follow behaviour support strategies and promote participant independence
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) is highly desirable




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (South Australia)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
