The opportunity now exists for a skilled and driven Service Technician to join our Yatala team. The right candidate will be a mechanically minded person who will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ needs are met by servicing, inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and preventative care of our Digga/Kanga products including loaders and attachments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out service and repairs
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Possession of a current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent time management skills
- You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
- Basic computer skills




- Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics, motors and electrical circuits.
