The Role

What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll deliver adult MSK consultations with our proven systems behind you — so you can focus fully on your patients, not the admin.

1:1 Adult MSK Consultations

Treat a diverse caseload using our proven clinical systems. Always know what to do next.

Real Treatment Plans

Create and progress plans that target the driver of pain — not just symptom management.

Weekly PD & Mentoring

Regular clinical development, case support, and team training — with coffee included.

Collaborate Across Disciplines

Work alongside physios, exercise physiologists, and massage therapists who back each other daily.

Grow Into Leadership

If you want it — develop mentoring skills and take on a leadership path as you grow.

Admin Done For You

Our experienced admin team handles the day-to-day so you can focus entirely on patient care.

About You

You’ll fit right in if…

We’re not looking for perfect. We’re looking for the right person — warm, motivated, and ready to grow.

- You’re a physiotherapist currently working in Australia

- You have some physiotherapy experience (any amount welcomed)

- You’re warm, people-focused, and love helping patients achieve their goals

- You have a genuine growth mindset — you want to get better, not just clock in

- You value a genuinely supportive, inclusive team culture

- You hold current AHPRA registration + full Australian working rights

Your First 6 Weeks

Onboarding that actually supports you

Starting somewhere new can be daunting. We’ve built a structured program so you always know what comes next.

1

Clear step-by-step onboarding plan

No guessing, no sink-or-swim. You have a roadmap from day one.

2

Weekly mentoring and case support

Dedicated time with senior clinicians to work through your cases and questions.

3

Gradual caseload build-up

Caseload and complexity grow with your confidence — not before it.

4

Ongoing support beyond onboarding

Senior clinician support doesn’t stop at 6 weeks — it’s part of our culture.
