The Partner Experience Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring we engage with our resellers via phone, email or chat for sales enquiries and preparation of sales quotations for our portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions. The team take pride in being very responsive and maintaining a quick turn-around time getting back to our reseller enquiries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide operational support working closely with Channel Account Managers generating accurate quotes within defined SLA’s.
- Qualify and manage inbound enquiries via phone, email or chat
- Ensure the circulation of product and promotional information to resellers
- Keep Wavelink Partner portal leads and order status up to date
- Update ERP and CRM system with all forms of communication
- Attend and participate in all sales meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly)
- Produce reports upon request
About you:
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written
- High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to learn and retain product information about Wavelink products
- Experience with excel
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
