We have an outstanding prospect for an experienced and energetic Property Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties.

- No leasing
- No trust accounting or month end processing
- No routine inspections

You will be working alongside energetic, driven and supportive peers who are all working towards the same goal. We believe our Property Managers should deliver outstanding customer service to all their clients to build strong relationships.

- Documentation & records keeping
- Arrears management

- Tribunal & debt recovery
- Landlord & tenant contact

Salary Package:

$60,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.
