About the Role

As our Closing Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team through our busiest evening periods and ensuring the restaurant is left in exceptional condition each night. You'll lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, coach team members, and ensure every shift runs efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who has recently entered the workforce or has some hospitality experience and is ready to take the next step into leadership. We're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and invest their time and energy into becoming a key member of our management team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating the team throughout evening and closing shifts.
- Delivering exceptional customer service every shift.
- Maintaining outstanding food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Completing all closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Managing labour,



productivity and shift performance.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Creating a positive, energetic and accountable team culture.
