Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office team. In this varied role, you will support a range of Front Office operations while delivering exceptional and personalised guest experiences from arrival through to departure.

Job Description

- Deliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standards
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS
- Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administration
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptly
- Support concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as required
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentation
- Promote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programs

Qualifications

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous Front Office,



reception or customer service experience is preferred
- Experience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS is highly regarded
- Robust communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
