Join us to help drive our sustainability program in the role of Sustainability Manager based at our Head Office in Enfield. Reporting to the Technical, Quality and Sustainability Director, this critical role will lead the program management of Mauri's sustainability strategy.

About the Role

The position will collaborate across the whole of Mauri to lead and advance our sustainability program, focusing on our four pillars of people, planet, product, and prosperity. The role will engage with various stakeholders to drive the continued evolution of Mauri's commitment to our Purpose "Together, we sustainably feed the nation." This position forms part of Mauri's extended leadership team.

Key requirements of the role include:

- Lead the sustainability program for Mauri, shaping our goals, monitoring progress against key milestones and engaging stakeholders through clear communication channels.




- Drive the execution of the Mauri sustainability strategy in partnership with the executive leadership team and workstream leads.
- Create and deliver communication and training, to educate and empower Mauri's team on sustainability initiatives.
- Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, regulators and industry leaders to align Mauri's sustainability goals with best practices.
- Coordinate and consolidate regular sustainability updates to track Mauri's progress towards its sustainability goals.
- Ensure ESG reporting meets required internal and external governance standards and collaborate with finance team to coordinate data collection.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for inspiring others and a collaborative mindset, who genuinely believes in our company's purpose and is eager to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate should demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. They should be comfortable driving initiatives independently and achieving results through proactive, constructive agitation, balancing consultation and action effectively.

Ideally,



we are looking for a candidate with 5-10 year's sustainability, ESG or related-experience, and desired experience in manufacturing or FMCG. Strong program management and experience with sustainability reporting frameworks are also desired.
