WELLNESS DEPARTMENT – SALES CONSULTANT (Liverpool Location)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive New Memberships: Use a mix of outreach, calls, and face-to-face engagement to build relationships and close deals daily.
- Daily In-Person Outreach: Get out there every day - talking to people in the community, building connections, and promoting the gym face-to-face. This is a core part of the role and where the best Sales Consultants truly stand out.
- Connect With Purpose: Learn each prospect’s goals and tailor solutions that genuinely align with their fitness journey.
- Stay Hungry: Set appointments, follow up, and stay on top of every lead - consistency and hustle win here.
- Own Your Results: Manage your time, chase your numbers, and always aim to outperform your personal best.

- Reliable and dependable – consistently shows up on time, follows through on commitments, and can be counted on by the team.
- Flexible availability – rostered shifts run as late as 9pm, so availability until then is essential.
- Availability: 24-30 hours per week, including Fridays and weekends.
