FinXL is seeking an Atlassian / Jira Specialist to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end administration, maintenance, and support for Jira Cloud and Confluence.
- Design, configure, and optimise custom Jira workflows, screen schemes, and permission schemes.
- Manage user access, project roles, and security spaces within Confluence and Jira environments.
- Troubleshoot system configuration issues and resolve platform support tickets efficiently.
- Partner with business teams to translate functional tracking needs into structured Jira schemas.
- Maintain documentation guidelines and clean architecture within Confluence workspaces.
Key Skills & Experience

4 to 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience administering and supporting Jira Cloud.
- Strong technical expertise in Jira configuration, advanced workflows, fields, and custom schemas.
- Proven experience managing and supporting Confluence spaces and user documentation structures.
- Solid understanding of access controls, user management, and permission schemes.
- Focused platform expertise dedicated to Atlassian tools without requiring outside technology stacks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset for internal stakeholders.
