Pickering's Automotive Group is continuing to grow across the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales, and we're looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our workshop team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced technician with leadership skills who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll oversee workshop operations, support a team of technicians and apprentices, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support technicians and apprentices
- Plan and allocate workshop jobs efficiently
- Assist with complex diagnostics and repairs when required
- Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards
- Maintain workshop productivity and quality control




- Promote a safe and organised working environment
- Work closely with Service Advisors and dealership management
- Mentor and develop workshop staff

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman or Senior Technician
- Automotive trade qualification
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
