Norwest Private Hospital is a leading acute care facility located in Sydney’s growing North West. Operated by Healthscope, we are known for delivering exceptional patient-centred care backed by cutting-edge technology.

Our Women’s Health Unit includes:

- 43-bed antenatal, postnatal & gynaecology ward
- 7 contemporary birthing suites
- Level 2 Special Care Nursery (7 beds)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Midwife to join our team. In this role, you will:

- Provide compassionate, woman-centred care across antenatal, birth, and postnatal stages
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Support families during one of the most significant times in their lives
- Contribute to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice

What You’ll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience
- Strong clinical skills across antenatal, birth suite and postnatal care
- Passion for delivering individualised, family-centred care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster

Highly regarded:

- IBCLC qualification (or working towards)
- Experience in private healthcare
