Your New Role
As a Registered Nurse Grade 2 you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain robust relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
- Casual Position - Seven day roster.
- Location 2 Booker Avenue in Mornington.
About you
As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest . You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) is highly regarded
- Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
- Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza 2025 and COVID 19 .
