Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Architect for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Australia. Our client is a modern technology company offering enterprise IT solutions to improve employee workflows, infrastructure health, and enhanced customer services.

The ServiceNow Lead Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. This role requires hands-on expertise in the latest ServiceNow capabilities, with a strong focus on Now Assist and AI Agent implementation. The architect will lead technical design discussions, oversee platform governance, and manage the transition of complex ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with business outcomes and IT strategy.

The candidate must work from the office in Sydney. The project's expected duration is 6 months

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design across multiple modules.
- Proven experience implementing Now Assist and AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks, machine learning integrations, and intelligent automation within ServiceNow.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow data models, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST API).
- Experience with migration and transition projects involving multi-module integrations.
- Expertise in managing technical stakeholders across both IT and business domains.
- Strong knowledge of documentation, architectural governance, and presentation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice to have

- Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
- Exposure to GenAI and LLM-driven solutions within ServiceNow ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery frameworks.




- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions encompassing ITSM & HRSD, and AI-driven modules such as Now Assist and AI Agents.
- Lead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and integration of Now Assist AI capabilities, including Generative AI and workflow intelligence.
- Translate business requirements into robust architecture and system design documentation.
- Provide technical leadership across transition and transformation projects, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow product owners, developers, business analysts, and enterprise architects to design sustainable, scalable solutions.
- Lead performance optimization, custom app architectures, and platform scalability initiatives.
- Govern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring compliance with security, data management, and performance standards.
- Manage technical stakeholder communications with executives, delivery teams, and client representatives.
- Mentor development and configuration teams to ensure architectural consistency and maintain technical excellence.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, focusing on AI capabilities, automation frameworks, and Now Assist extensions.
