Connect Care (on behalf of The Co-Group Limited) is seeking Registered Nurses to work within an individualised 1:1 Household Model of high quality Disability Care at Fairfield/Villawood, Sydney (near Villawood Station).

Connect Care delivers group home accommodation supports to persons living with disability in Supported Independent Living across Sydney.

Base hourly rate commensurate with RN experience – plus standard loadings for afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays plus super

Selection Criteria

Essential

- Current AHPRA Registration
- Working With Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening will be required to be undertaken
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate




- Australian resident or Visa with allowable work conditions
- Minimum 12 months nursing experience
- All required vaccinations as mandated by NSW Health for clinical personnel in this field
- Proficient English spoken and written skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good time and documentation management
- Good computer knowledge
- Reliable
- Empathetic and focused on client/patient-centred care
- Team player

Desirable

· Available for at least 25 (up to 30+) hours per week of work

· Easily able to commute to shifts in the Sydney metro area

· Experience with manual handling equipment

· Experience with complex/chronic condition management
