Based at our National Head Office in Springvale, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Booking Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in

their career and transition from retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role into a professional office environment.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Booking Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our existing customers. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to customers within our database to book their equipment in for servicing, helping keep their operations running smoothly. You'll also assist with occasional inbound enquiries and work closely with our national service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and is ready to kick-start a long-term career in an office environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Proactively contact existing customers to schedule upcoming equipment services
- Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
- Accurately book service appointments and update customer information
- Respond to occasional inbound customer enquiries
- Liaise with Service Coordinators to ensure a seamless booking experience
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, call centre or another customer-facing role
- A friendly, confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Someone eager to take the next step into an office-based career
