Excellent casual or permanent part time opportunity to join the team at Milkwood Bakery, we are looking for an energetic, dedicated, and experienced Kitchen Hand with a desire to work on the beautiful NSW South Coast in our Artisan Bakery.

You will need a great work ethic, positive attitude and a passion for beautiful food, willingness to be an integral part of the team.

Your duties will include:

· Responsible for the daily shut down procedures of the bakery.

· Regular Driving stock between our production kitchen and retail bakery in a business provided vehicle.

· Kitchen cleaning & maintenance of kitchen equipment.

· Baking, preparation & handling of pies and sausage rolls.

· Setting and maintaining standards of end of day hygiene, cleaning, and procedures.

· Working together with members of an established kitchen team.

· Contributing to the efficient and seamless operation of our Artisan Bakery





· WH&S; compliant with strict food hygiene practices.

· Award Wages (Restaurant Industry Award).

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Previous experience in a similar environment (3 years minimum)

· Proven attention to detail, organisation & excellent communication

· Physically fit.

· Own transport required and Drivers Licence

· Ability & willingness to work various shifts.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Berry NSW 2535: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Kitchen Hand: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (min P2) (Required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Required)
