Overview of the Role

We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Customer Care Consultant.





Reporting to the Customer Care Manager your day to day duties include but not limited to:

- Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
- Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I; team
- Liaison with technical colleagues to ensure vehicles in preparation have relevant products applied
- Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers

The Successful Applicant Must have:

- 2 years previous experience in this role
- Customer Service experience – essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- Have rights to work in Australia
- A current Australian driver’s license
