Part-time Receptionist: 2 days (14 hrs) per week

We are looking for a superstar receptionist to join our team on Monday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm to assist therapists and clients at our physiotherapy, Pilates and meditation studio in Artarmon. Your ability to help out with covers time to time during the weekdays is highly appreciated.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Job Description:

- Answering phone, email and walk-in enquiries and booking appointments
- Greeting & registering clients for consultation sessions and classes
- Processing billing,



receipting & providing treatment quotations / Managing patient records
- Handling of general office duties, including mailing, scanning & filing
- Providing administrative support as required
- A quick learner who has a great attitude & work ethic
- Willingness to follow instructions as well as being able to be proactive in your surrounding environment working with honesty, integrity and high level of confidentiality
- Sound computer and social media skills
- Reliability & flexibility to work variable hours
