The Role

This is a 3-month contract role with an immediate start. The primary purpose of this role is to successfully plan, deliver and execute an integrated National Learning and Development program. Working in conjunction with the Event Manager, this role will contribute to the development of our learning initiatives whilst ensuring the program is delivered to scope, on time and to budget. This role may require you to work after hours, including travel.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Perform event marketing activities including but not limited to; EDM creation and distribution, registration site development and website creation.
- Manage and reconcile event specific budgets.
- Develop presentation slide decks in consultation with the content lead.




- Assist with other Event team member’s activities including event delivery and review.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Person

Your exceptional attention to detail, stakeholder engagement skills and cooperative approach will help you to succeed in this role.

You will also possess:

- A degree or Certificate in Events or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in the field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of event management methodology gained through study or work.
- Previous experience managing corporate stakeholders and clients.
- Proven CRM experience – Dynamics preferred.
- Experience interpreting and using qualitative and quantitative data.
