About the Role
McGrath Bendigo is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, varied role that sits at the heart of our sales operations — if you thrive on getting the details right and love being the person who keeps everything moving, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Issuing and managing sales contracts with precision and accuracy.
- Liaising with conveyancers, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaigns.
- Coordinating and tracking marketing campaigns across print and digital.
- Arranging vendor-paid marketing funding and managing associated documentation.
- Supporting our sales agents with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Maintaining a structured and proactive follow-up process with clients and third parties.
- Managing data entry and database integrity across our CRM systems.
- Keeping campaigns on track from listing through to settlement.
- Ensuring our clients are cared for to a McGrath standard.
About You
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch things others miss.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients, agents and legal professionals.
- Must hold a current Agent's Representative qualification (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in real estate, legal, conveyancing or a fast-paced admin role is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- A team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
