About Us
We are a boutique accounting and advisory firm based in Woy Woy, providing taxation, accounting and business advisory services to a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, family groups and SMSFs. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Accountant/Client Manager to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own client portfolio and deliver compliance and advisory services across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns (companies, trusts, individuals, partnerships & SMSFs)
- BAS, IAS and GST compliance preparation and review
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients and act as a key point of contact
- Provide tax planning and business advisory services
- Liaise with ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies
- Assist with tax compliance, structuring, and business advice
- Manage deadlines, workflow and job scheduling
- Identify growth and advisory opportunities within your client base
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in public practice/business services accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax, GST, and compliance
- Experience managing a client portfolio and building client relationships
- Strong experience with Xero is essential
- CPA/CA qualified or near completion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines
