Football Operations Manager Wanted: Kilmore Football Netball Club

Kilmore Football Netball Club is seeking the services of a Football Operations Manager for the 2024 and 2025 football seasons.

The Football Operations Manager’s main duties will be in leading all football recruiting in association with coaching staff, managing player payments and football administration during the 2024-25 season.

Successful applicants should have the following:

– Knowledge of & access to football recruiting networks
– Ability to manage player payments in relation to salary cap requirements & budgets
– Knowledge of & ability to manage player points allocation system
– Sound communication skills
