About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable barista to join our team. You'll be the first face customers see, so a great attitude and solid coffee skills matter just as much as speed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and serving espresso-based coffee to a consistent standard
- Making cold drinks (iced coffees, smoothies, cold brew, etc.)
- Taking customer orders at the counter and/or register
- Keeping the bar and front-of-house area clean and stocked
- Handling cash and card transactions
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 6 months barista experience (essential)
- Confident making espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.)
- Willing to help across all areas — not just coffee (cold drinks,



orders, till)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or Food Handling certificate a plus (if applicable)
