Snooze Midland is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. We are looking for candidates who can fulfill casual or part time hours.
While prior sales experience is preferred, we value individuals with a positive memory for information and a positive attitude, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidates.

At Snooze, you will
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service
- Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients
- Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the sales floor
You will bring
- A genuine ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
- A strong motivation for sales
- Experience in selling high-value items is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- The physical fitness to walk the store floor throughout the day and the strength to safely carry heavy stock when necessary
