ABOUT THE ROLE

As HelloDR Brassall prepares to open its doors, we're looking for an Enrolled Nurse who wants to help build a clinic's culture and patient care standards from day one, not just join an established routine.

You'll work closely with our GP team to deliver hands-on clinical care to a community that's never had a local HelloDR before.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support patient preparation and monitoring before and after minor procedures
- Take vital signs, update patient records and assist with chronic disease reviews
- Help set up clinical workflows, stock systems and cold chain compliance as the clinic opens
- Provide a warm, reassuring presence for patients as we introduce ourselves to the Brassall community
- Administer medications within your scope of practice
- Support immunisation and vaccination clinics
- Assist with chronic disease management and care planning
- Conduct health assessments and patient recalls
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records




- Ensure infection prevention and accreditation standards are maintained
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated patient care

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing
- Comfortable with the flexibility a new clinic opening requires — you'll wear a few hats early on
- A genuinely caring, community-minded approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
