Job Title: ISO Auditor &Trainer;

Location: Australia

We are hiring experienced ISO Auditors, and ISO Trainers for full-time (direct/remote) and freelance

/ empanelled auditor roles. These opportunities are ideal for professionals seeking international ISO

About the Role

As a Senior ISO Auditor & Trainer, you will lead multi-standard audits, assess management system

effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities. You will support ISO certification and

accreditation, contribute to continual improvement, and handle special audit assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute third party audit and certification support audits as per audit programs

- Evaluate the effectiveness of management systems, internal controls, and operational

processes

- Identify gaps, risks, nonconformities, and compliance issues, and recommend corrective

actions

- Review system documentation, records, and operational data for accuracy and integrity

- Prepare professional audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans

- Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely and effective closure

- Support surveillance, recertification, and accreditation audits

- Mentor junior auditors and uphold audit ethics and confidentiality





Qualifications

- 7+ years of sector specific experience

- Out of which, 3+ years of ISO auditing, consulting, or Management Representative (MR)

experience

- Lead Auditor qualification in a minimum of two ISO standards

- Proven experience in multi-standard management system audits

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

- Willingness to travel for on-site audits and training assignments

Skills and Experience

- Interprets ISO requirements and applies effective risk-based auditing techniques

- Communicates audit findings clearly through meetings and professional documentation

- Experience delivering remote and in office ISO trainings

- Ability to work independently in a client-facing audit environment

- Strong analytical thinking, professionalism, and attention to detail

- International audit or training exposure is an added advantage
