The venue retains many of its original features - from the traditional sash windows to pressed metal ceilings and an original working fireplace - making it the perfect setting to bring English pub tradition to life.

What we’re looking for
A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:
· Maintaining and implementing menu at high quality
· Under-going R&D; into new menu items and specials
· Compliance with food and safety protocols· Labour controls and financial reporting
· Ensuring a clean and safe workspace
· Managing day to day operations of kitchen
Formal culinary training would be beneficial, alongside first aid and food safety supervisor certification, however none are imperative.
