Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Community Nurses to join our team at Right at Home. As a Community Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and symptom control.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the client, family, and healthcare team.
- Monitor and document changes in client conditions and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Educate clients and their families on healthcare management and promote a holistic approach to care.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive setting to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
or Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification with a current license to practice
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Previous experience in community nursing, home health, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
