Bus Driver / Group Based Activities Assistant

Sydney Metro | Full Time | Immediate Start | Contract until June 2027

Co.As.It. is seeking a caring, reliable Bus Driver/GBA Assistant to provide protected transport and support to clients participating in our group-based activities program under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

What you will do:

- Safely drive clients to and from our group-based activities centre
- Assist clients (including wheelchair users) on and off the bus, and support them with mobility and toileting needs as required
- Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy, and complete journey/log documentation
- Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to the wellbeing and dignity of older people and people living with dementia

What you will need:

- Current bus driver’s licence
- Experience in aged care or disability support (highly regarded)




- Understanding of dementia-related challenges and CALD community needs
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, caring approach
