Shift Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support team members during shifts.
- Work alongside the team and actively participate in day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Maintain a robust working knowledge of all restaurant roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant throughout each shift.
- Deliver and promote exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards.
- Ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support team training, coaching and development.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with stock control, inventory management and ordering processes.
- Complete cash handling, reconciliations and reporting requirements.
- Monitor labour and productivity throughout the shift.
- Ensure company policies, procedures and brand standards are followed.




- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Lead by example through a hands-on approach and positive attitude.
- Support the achievement of sales, operational and customer service targets.
- Assist with opening, closing and shift handover procedures.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform any operational duties required to support the team and business needs.

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
