- Liaise with stakeholders to understand documentation requirements and translate business or technical briefs into structured, reader-focused content

- Conduct quality assurance reviews of documentation prior to release, checking for technical accuracy, readability, grammar, and adherence to brand and style guidelines

- Support the development of training materials and contribute to onboarding programmes by producing clear instructional content for new users or staff

- Manage version control and document repositories, ensuring all materials are correctly filed, versioned, and accessible to relevant teams

## Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

- Demonstrated experience in a technical writing role, ideally within a corporate, technology, or engineering environment

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Proven ability to research, interpret, and document complex technical subjects in a clear and accessible manner

- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, Microsoft Word, or equivalent platforms

- Experience working with content management systems, version control tools, and document repositories

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Sound understanding of documentation best practices, including the use of style guides such as the Microsoft Manual of Style or equivalent

## Preferred Qualifications

- Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Technical Communication, such as a Certificate IV in Professional Writing and Editing or equivalent

- Experience with API documentation, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or working within Agile project environments

- Familiarity with graphic design or multimedia tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Snagit, or Camtasia to support visual documentation

- Exposure to single-sourcing methodologies and structured authoring frameworks such as DITA

- Prior experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or engineering where documentation compliance is essential

## Why Join Us?

- Flexible working arrangements including hybrid and remote options to support a healthy work-life balance

- A collaborative, inclusive team culture that values expertise, continuous learning, and professional growth
