3rd Generation Doors is an industry-leading manufacturer and installer of custom commercial doors. We’re on the lookout for a reliable, detail-focused Door Installer & Service Technician to join our team.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for installing and servicing a range of custom commercial door systems, both at our facility and on-site for clients across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Key responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):
· Installing new custom commercial door systems on-site
· Servicing and maintaining existing door systems as needed
· Welding, grinding, and fabricating components during install or repair
· Ensuring each job is completed with attention to quality, safety, and finish
· Working with the wider production and dispatch teams to ensure job readiness
- Communicating clearly with clients and team members on-site
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in door installation or servicing ( However training provided to the successful applicant)
· Good mechanical aptitude and hands-on fabrication skills
· Welding skills (prefered)
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Ability to read plans and work to spec
· Calm, careful, and service-minded
· Valid Manual driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Scissor Lift
