Reporting to a Head of Marketing, you will:
Lead HubSpot setup, segmentation, and campaign automations

Drive marketing campaigns to cafés and restaurants

Build processes and frameworks that actually work

Mix of hands-on execution and strategic thinking

To be successful in the role you will:
Bring a degree and hands-on CRM expertise—able to build systems and processes from scratch

Understand café/coffee culture deeply—it's essential to connecting with the customer base

Communicate with clarity and influence; persuade stakeholders at all level
