Harper & Sole is the brand-new dinner experience launching inside the iconic Boot Factory in Coburg. By day, we’re known for our much-loved café — by night, we transform into a warm, intimate dining destination with a modern Australian menu and international flair.
We’re looking for a passionate, confident and hands-on experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager /Experienced All Rounder to manage the evening service which is currently Friday-Saturday, and looking to expand further nights in the near future.
This is a unique role offering variety, leadership, and the chance to help shape a current chapter in Coburg’s food scene.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead evening service from briefing through to close
- Must have experience with waitering FOH , hosting and bar-cocktail skills
- Ensure smooth service flow between kitchen and floor
- Help with training, rostering, and day-to-day operations
- Contribute to both daytime and evening service standards
WHO YOU ARE
- A confident and capable leader with hospitality in your DNA
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant supervision, senior bar-allrounder or duty manager role
- Proven restaurant dining experience, vibrant and confident personality
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and team-oriented
- RSA certified (mandatory)
- Bar and Barista experience
- Sound POS knowledge
- Passionate about food, wine and thoughtful service

Location: The Boot Factory, Coburg (Harper & Sole by night)
Availability: Evenings, weekends + select daytime shifts
