About Us

We're a Sydney-based content agency helping businesses grow through social media marketing. We handle the entire content strategy for our clients. We're a young, fast-moving agency and you'll be working directly with the founders.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants agency experience with direct impact on client outcomes . You'll get exposure to client strategy, content systems, and the day-to-day of running a growing agency. Ideal if you're building a portfolio, testing whether agency life is for you, or just want to learn fast from people doing it right now.

What You'll Work On

- Assisting with the content research for client accounts
- Supporting content calendars and posting schedules
- Helping with competitor and trend research
- Contributing ideas to client strategy sessions
- Assisting on shoot days
- Light admin and organisation across our systems
- Potential involvement in editing if you have interest/skills there

Who We're Looking For





- Currently studying marketing (or related field) at university
- Available 2-3 days per week
- Some experience with or genuine interest in content creation (personal socials count)
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced small team
- Bonus: interest in short-form video trends, copywriting, or design
