We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our daily logistics and transportation operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, maintain accurate records, and help ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule.

This position is ideal for candidates with previous logistics, administration, customer service, or transport coordination experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily shipments and delivery schedules
- Communicate with drivers, freight carriers, and customers regarding deliveries
- Track shipments and provide status updates
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with transport providers
- Monitor inventory movements and update internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Assist with data entry and logistics reporting




- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- Perform general administrative duties related to logistics operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in logistics, administration, customer service, or transport coordination preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
