The Opportunity Based in the Fairfield East workshop, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of forklifts, material handling and access equipment. Working as part of an experienced team, you'll use your diagnostic skills to deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining strong safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair forklifts and material handling equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Complete major repairs, rebuilds and component replacements
- Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate repair requirements clearly and professionally
About You To be successful, you'll bring:
- Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent).
- Proven experience servicing and repairing mobile plant, heavy vehicles, or industrial equipment.
- Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and reliability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
