We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Qualified Educators to join our vibrant childcare team in our amazing privately owned service. As an Educator, you will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the care and development of children within a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Help to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and age-appropriate activities for children based on their individual needs and interests.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor children's development, document observations, and communicate progress to families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for children and staff.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a childcare setting.
- Cert III or working towards
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong understanding of child development and education practices.
- Excellent communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
