Warehouse Supervisor

Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, staff supervision, and compliance.
Duties:
- Manage daily warehouse operations (inbound/outbound)
- Supervise forklift operators and pick/pack staff
- Enforce SOPs, safety, HACCP and DAFF requirements
- Plan labour allocation based on workload
- Monitor inventory flow and resolve issues
- Coordinate with transport team for dispatch
- Reduce errors, damages, and delays
Experience Required:
- 3+ years warehouse experience (1+ year in supervisory role)
- Experience in 3PL workplace preferred
- Knowledge of WMS systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of warehouse compliance (WHS, HACCP, DAFF)
