We’re looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a Customer Service / Junior Account Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow within a stable Australian company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately
- Help customers with product and stock information
- Support newer customer accounts
- Follow up quotes and order enquiries
- Work closely with our warehouse team to make sure orders go out on time
- Help with dispatch during busy periods

- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience helpful (but not required)
