· Oversee and manage daily store operations in compliance with Pizza Kings’ service standard, operational standards, food safety regulations and company procedures.

· Uphold workplace health and safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.

Stock and Inventory Management Skills

· Manage stock levels, inventory control, cash handling and waste reduction.

· Purchasing and setting pricing of various items at the chain.

Sales, promotions, pricing and profitability Management Skills

· Monitor sales performance, analyse operational results and implement improvement strategies.

· Coordinate with marketing teams to execute store promotions and local marketing activities.

· Organising advertisement and publications

Customer service Management skills

· Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Knowledge and understanding:

· Food safety compliance

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

· Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in restaurant, café or fast-food management.

· Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality or a related field (essential).

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

· Strong understanding of rapid-food/retail operations and inventory management.

· Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Proficiency with POS systems, rostering software and general computer applications.

· Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

· 1–2 years of chef/kitchen experience is preferred.
