Key Responsibilities:

- Utilise advanced engineering principles and software tools to design and analyse structural systems, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry components.
- Experience in post tension slab design and documentation.
- Prefer any high-rise building design experience.
- Perform site inspections.
- Manage assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents outlining project requirements, design solutions, and recommendations.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of design calculations, drawings,



and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in consulting or design firms.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, etc.
- Thorough understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., AS 3600, AS 4100, AS 1170).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.
- Commitment to continuous learning and career development.
