We are currently seeking two experienced Kitchen Hand Supervisors to support kitchen operations at two of Sydney's premier venues, Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium. From major concerts to NRL game days, you'll be part of a professional team delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Kitchen Hand Supervisor
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will lead a team during event operations, ensuring food production areas run efficiently, food safety standards are maintained, and the kitchen team is organised and supported throughout service.
About the role
Our Kitchen Hands play a vital behind-the-scenes role in the success of every event. Responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen utensils
- Operating commercial dishwashing equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas throughout service
- Assisting with equipment movement, storage and stock organisation
- Waste management and recycling
- Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team with general operational duties
This is a physically active role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements
Kitchen Hand Supervisors
- Previous supervisory experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Availability to work across both Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment
