Now, we’re looking for a superstar to join our Customer Service & Admin team! If you’re a problem-solving wizard, love making people's day, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your dream job. No floristry experience? No worries! All you need is a passion for blooms and a big smile.
What you’ll be doing:
- Organizing deliveries and supporting our superstar drivers
- Processing phone and online orders like a pro
- Handling customer questions and solving problems with a cool head
- Helping keep stock in check and prepping our fabulous gifts
- Building relationships with couriers and corporate clients
- Pitching in with the team for tasks like packing gift boxes and keeping things tidy
What we’re looking for:
- A customer service dynamo with eagle-eyed attention to detail
- A team player who can also fly solo when needed
- Someone cool under pressure
What’s in it for you?
