Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Head Chef position.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a busy kitchen.
- Must work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage stock, control food costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding food and service.
