About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs aligned with approved learning frameworks and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Support each child’s participation, promoting their agency, choices, and independence
- Contribute to documenting children’s learning and development in line with our centre philosophy
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with your team, supporting each other’s professional growth
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
- Uphold and actively promote child safety, ensuring all practices reflect that children’s wellbeing is always the highest priority
About You
You will bring:
- A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification (ECT qualification)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Child Protection qualification
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues (desirable)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sound knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- A strong commitment to child safety and understanding that the best interests of the child are always paramount

- A valid Working With Children Check is required
- Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain all relevant clearances
- No negative notices or prohibitions relating to working with children
