As our showroom continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service team member to join us.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow into a sales and product support role over time.
About the Role
You will start as the first point of contact in our showroom, greeting customers and supporting the day-to-day flow of the space.
As you become more familiar with our products and systems, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, including assisting with customer orders and product enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Take customer notes and assist showroom consultants during appointments
- Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments for customers
- Answer basic customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Gradually assist with processing orders and helping customers select products
- Support after-sales enquiries such as order updates, returns, and warranty questions
- Maintain a tidy,
organised, and welcoming showroom environment
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Solid communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to take accurate notes
- Willing to learn product knowledge and grow into a customer support / sales role
- Previous customer service or showroom experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Interest in bathrooms, interiors, or renovations is a bonus
What We Offer
- Full-time hours
- Monday to Friday
- $30/hour + super (casual rate)
- Casual full-time role with potential to move to permanent
- 5 minutes walk from Oakleigh train Station

Pay: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour
