We're currently looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments, building robust client relationships, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from consultation through to aftercare.

Your Responsibilities

- Perform professional skin and beauty treatments to a high standard
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and treatment planning
- Educate clients on treatment options, home care, and product recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Assist with treatment photography and before & after documentation
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinic cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Achieve individual and team performance goals
- Rebook clients and encourage long-term treatment plans
- Promote clinic services, memberships, and retail products
- Follow all clinic policies, infection control procedures, and safety protocols

- Pigmentation Treatments
- Tattoo Removal
- Body Contouring Treatments

Training will be provided on our advanced technology where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Qualified Beauty Therapist (Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent)
- Passionate about aesthetics and skin health
- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Excellent at building rapport with clients
- Well presented with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Motivated to achieve sales and treatment goals
- Eager to continue learning and developing professionally
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
