KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail food preparation
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (SIRRFSA001) essential
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety compliance
- Weekend and holiday availability for roster coverage
- Passion for premium food quality and presentation
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and mentor food preparation and café teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and REFSS requirements
- Develop and implement food safety procedures and training
- Oversee production planning and inventory management
- Monitor quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff rosters and performance development
- Liaise with management on operational improvements
